this is killing me. when are we going to see a new firmware from sony
? i know you are going to say what a noob but even old not noob people have to say and ask stuff because we don't always see it . thanks anyways back on topic, usually sony has a new firmware quickly like with 2.01 and then release a new firmware with features that are new in about a week after the original standard firmware was hacked. this is not the case this time with 2.60. While 2.5 was updated for the gta exploit(speculating), the production of enough homebrew for all the 2.01 and higher firmwares to have a package surely must be screaming into their minds that they need to give a new firmware before everyone gets atracted to an eboot loader that enevitably will come out and addict the masses. sony is usually quick on the attack and don't make the same mistake twice. sony has to be doing something. what do you think they will do if they don't get a firmware out before an eboot loader?(aka what will they put in the new firmware to atract the masses?) and when do you think this will happen?

I agree that sony do usually chuck out an update after the previous was hacked but they dont seem to be doing it now, although 2.01 was released to stop piracy (iso's) and we cannot play iso's yet and im not really bothered about them. This exploit (gta savedata hack) doesnt let us use iso's so they might not be bothered about this. 2.01 was NOT updated to stop the gta hackas its still possible on 2.5 & 2.6.

I think a new update might coincide with the release of the eboot loader.

man we won!!!....sony cnt patch the gamesave exploit coz it condridics with the actualy game...face it sony cnt do anything we won....(this post mayb edited wen we loose lolololol)
