they were talking about deleting a dummy file in the iso which just takes up space or something.. check out some of their latest episodes.. its there.

extract the iso files to your computer. then take out the multiple languages and some music files and then rebuild it with vcdrom

All of them, but they may not shrink in size. That depends on if the files that the program removes already are gone.
