I am willing to consider upgrading if they add flash so that you can watch movies and play games on the internet, make a place to download small games to entertain you for 15 minutes, and have movies, text and music allowed in RSS. Accidentally allowing homebrew would be nice too.

They will never put sommething really cool on the psp. I red that it will include that comic reader or sommething like that.
I will not upgrade. I updated to 2.50 without knowing that i cant use emulators.......

A Sony PSP-OS + Sony Web Browser updates = Alot of people on high firmware

I don't wont to update but if i feel its absoulutely nescesary

I'm upgrading if some games come out that need higher firmware (i wouldn't if I didn't have a 1.5 aswel)

if i had another psp then i would update with no problem. i'd use one for homebrew and the other one to play the newest games that need newer FW.

The only reason I would update if they didn't patch up the exploit gta thing and if they had either, keyboard support or PS2 connectivity. (they did say it would eventually happen.)

I cant see how they could patch it seeing that the exploit is in the game and not the FW. Damn sony will probably find a way but does anyone agree??

i understand what you are saying, but still, i think sony can find a way to stop it. let's hope for the best.
