I think that 3.0 is coming next, not 2.61 or 2.7. I think this because there is a pattern:
PSP 1.x
1.0 1.5 1.51 1.52
PSP 2.x
2.0 2.1 2.50 2.60
See the pattern? Next comes the 3.xs!

I had a PSP 1.0, reterned it, got a 1.0, upgraded to 2.6 reterned it, got a 2.1, reterned it, got a 2.1, reterned it, got a 2.1, FINALLY reterned it, AND GOT A 1.5!!! Then I upgraded to 2.0, then 2.6! Then, upgraded to 2.7 and was first to post it on www. psp3d.com, then upgraded to 2.71 and will keep upgrading forever... (3.0!!!)
