Question is there a way?

when i put a ps2 game in my dvd drive in my computer i see the files on it is there a way u can convert those files to and iso and play it on a psp

No, psp needs PARAM.SFO to tell PSP what to do with the files in the game and PS2 games is totaly diferent of a PSP game

PS2 is out for 5+ years and still can't be emulated on a PC! This is a proof of how hard is to emulate a hardware along with a software... A 500+MHz machine was the minimum requirement to emulate PSX witch had a 33Mhz Cpu. So don't ask for a PS2 emulator on a 333Mhz machine... It's just impossible.
