Question Anyone Gotten A "Disk Cannot Be Read" Error?

Just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

I bought Legend of Heroes today, and I played it for a little bit, went over to my moms to watch the Super Bowl, my mom said hey let me play Rampart(Snes Game). I said ok hold on a sec let me get it set up for you. Turned on my PSP (Legend of Heroes still in PSP) and an error came up that said "Disk Cannot Be Read" Well I opened the PSP threw in GTA, and gave me the same error. I threw Legend back in and same thing. I shut off my PSP and turned it back on and all of my games and movies loaded fine...Just wondering what this is, why, and all that kind of good stuff..

Thanks and Laters!
