omg im trying to shorten a 800 mb movie into like 512 megabytes or less. IS there a good program that will cut off parts of the movie like the credits and the ending credits? and also a program that will convert it into AVC cuz for the love of god i can't find one of those anywhere.When i tried to shorten it with Windows Media player and Camtasia the quality got all crappy for some reason.

get pspvideo 9 and put it in a lower grade format

I'll try that but i also want a program to cut of like the credits of the movie and i know there is one because the shows uploaded here like family and guy 50 mb and my family guy episodes r 128. AVC is better anyways. so i want to convert to AVC.
