Exclamation GTA Custom Traks help
ok i downloaded this thingy from http://files.pspupdates.qj.net that lets u put custom tracks on ur psp (not the RCT thing) but it only lets u play GTA files not mp3... how do i turn them into GTA files? sum1 please help! oh, i kant use the RCT Custom tracks thing kuz im not an administrator on my comp, so... ya...

Well if you cant use the Rockstar program, you're pretty much screwed.
There are different methods, but they're really long and I personally dont think its worth it.

Change the "toc" into "gta" file extenstion and put it on save data
