the video footage is the good one.
well to do it you fiest need to collect your icons your gonna use.
then choose a wallpaper for the background.
get a picture of the original psp icons and use them to get the correct colour and tone.
from there use that as the base so you know how to place your icons, so far you should have a background with your icons on and the correct colour make them a little duller than they are.
right from there copy all the icons again and place them under the ones you placed already and blur them by +3
right now load them into the psp open them as a background then take your picture.
once your picture has been loaded into your paint package you can then add the correct touch up effects like to get the correct colour. use the
original psp photo you found a reference |
