With PSP flash is it used only to view movies like the "demo" one they released or do you think that the interactive games are playable? I'm just wondering because I have FW2.5 and its not patched for 2.5. Also, any word from the creators as to when a 2.0+ version might be released or is it just the luck of the draw that it gets busted through...

Games has been a big concern for me too, and I'd have to say no. I mean, because many games require a keyboard. Like "A" and "S". Basic games may be compatible, but I'd stick with movies if I were you. BTW, don't take my word for it, I've never used PSPFlash.
