Is my PSP ''bricked'?

So I was fiddling around with the GTA Exploit on my 2.5 PSP, and after being relieved that it worked, I wanted to turn it off to put some ROM's on. When I tried to exit it using the ''go back to home'' button, I confirmed that I wanted to exit and then it was just stuck on a ''Please wait...'' screen. Then, I noticed I could confirm something. I was on one option, ''Yes''

So I pressed X, and its just stuck on that screen since about an hour ago. I can't even turn it off.

Please help
