it comes with windows as an isntall option. So either install from your windows cd, then use windows update, and or from microsoft website

Yo they got you confused its only on the cd you cant download it leagaly that i know of so if your computer came preinstalled likely you dont have the winxppro disc but if you do click install optional windows components and also install .net framework
