Do i need to keep the utils folder in my memory stick? They're located in the root folder of the ms.

alright i was just maknig sure. because i had some useless .bin files in there too, bhut i deleted them and everything still works fine. If they didnt say eloader on them i would have deleted them right away. but i asked first alright?
