hey, i got a white psp jap giga pack from lik - sang. And i want it replaced because of some cracks and screen problems and stuff. Im gonna probably mess up the umd reader thing to give a legitament excuse for y i want it replaced b4 i send it in. Has anyone who purchased a psp from lik - sang or some other place done this? What stuff should i include when im sending it back? And wuts the waranty card look like?

Oh yeah, and mine never came with a hand strap!!!

i have a jap psp... nd i had a massive crack also bt i sent it bk sayin that it had a crack nd i also sed it had 6 dead pixels and they replaced it... shame they replaced it with a 2.5

thx for the responses, one more thing, What did you send back? The psp inside the box with all the wrapping that came originally with it???

and i also traded my white case for my friends black case, you know the soft case that comes with the giga pack, will that be a problem?
