I have a virgin 1.5, I also own GTA:LCS I'm wanting to play it but it requires 2.0. In everyones oppinion, should I upgrade to 2.0 to play GTA for leave my psp a virgin 1.5 in case STX comes out with some custom firmwares? Or does anyone know of a project thats aimed at playing 2.0+ games on 1.5?

Upgrade. Future possible downgrades won't need that virgin thing.

Yeah I'd upgrade too. 2.0 is pretty sweet IMO i like the new codec,etc but if I were you I'd stick with 2.0 because you can always downgrade your psp back to 1.5. I never understood why that fake downgrader needed a "virgin" psp cause when I downgrade from 2.0-1.5 all the extra files that 2.0 had that 1.5 didnt use are still in the flash but are just completely ignored by 1.5 til you re-upgrade agian. I've downgraded/upgraded 1.5-2.0 around 20 times with no ill effects
