FOR THE MOVIES NOT WORKING ISSUE APPLY THIS
You just have to keep pressing start at the beginning to skip the SOE intro and then all the rest of the movies work in the game, even the credits and the movies in the extras menu.

ALSO
If you use a blank.pmf and replace the soe_logo.pmf with it, remove update folder and rebuild iso with VCDROMX, the game will play the movies and there seem to be no freezing at all (so far). Hopes this helps.
