Why flash version 6?
I've noticed that the flash version in 2.7 is 6, which is not the newest version. Although the flash is cool, why version 6? This does cause issues, like how google video requires 7, along with many online flash videos. So why not 7? Is version 7 too powerful for the psp, or is Sony looking for another initiative to make people install security patches?

cuz they want to limit the amount of space taken for the firmware and they don't want to go lower than 6 cuz there might be more exploits?

I don't think the PSP could handle higer versions of flash. Think about it. The amount of sites that would come up with "Not enough memory" That would drive you crazy.

Well I don't think that the difference in file size could be that huge. I don't remember flash 8 being a big pc download at all or their being drastic changes, but I could be wrong. I don't program with flash. Well too bad you need the new flash version for google video.

I Just think that SONY want to limit are fun......... PSP COULD HANDLE FLASH 7/8 WAYYYYY the game graphics on it are better than some crappy flash and sony could make it better but they want u to keep updatin not update 1nce
