Japanese PSP X & O buttons switched

Hi, I wonder if anybody can help me with this problem, i recently bought a Japanese PSP (PSP-1000), with firmware v2.01 (unfortunately!).

I noticed after using a friends PSP (English version) that on mine the X and O functionality seemed to be switched.

It's not really a major problem, but my first instinct would be to use the X button to select things, not the O!

Is there any way to swap this back?

Thanks in advance for your help!

i think thats how some of the japanese psps are built. if we ever get a downgrader off of this new exploit, you can use the X/O switcher.

Ha, i figured that would be the case... there is a switcher, but only for psp's that can use homebrew!

2.01 strikes again!

Thanks anyway!
