Well i am new
and this is me great story i got a psp whene it first came out
in australia September 1st 2005 what a good day it was i did not no much about
homebrew and i downloaded all theas games from PSPBREW.com pacman- ect.
so i got my psp home and turned it on it had f/w 1.52 and i got out the demo
disk and it had a update (2.00) and i thougt it whould be cool like updateing a pc to windows xp so i charged the psp fully and started the update and the i put me Ms in and tried to load a game a it did not work so i called my friend at EB-Games and asked him y they did not work he told me why and i was so pissed but when when i found the downgrader i just updated to 2.50 and got
GTA:LCS then eloader came out long arfter any way i found that it did not
work as i had done the australian update so i did the 2.60 uk update and homebrew worked but i was mor intresded in other game and so on i updated to 2.70 for locoRoco and i decided to sell it to my brother for $1.60 aged 18 he no's
all about homebrew but i sold it to him kept the money and whent to cash converters and they had a psp i slowley switched it on dame it battery was dead the nice lady pluged the charger in and then i turned it on i relised it was not over 2.00 becaus the date and time settings then i whent to system settings and then system info my hart jumpt out and started tap dancing
YES i shouted it was a 2.00 and a downgrader was on the memory card
the screen went to all the hex stuff then i turned it off and then on i had a look at the fw it was 1.00 so i started the 1.50 and stoped at 99% yes i restarted it and it was 1.50
so i paid for it but it was $245.00 got it home and it had the 2.00 update in a folder called update2.00qq so i upgraded and down again i tried h/b it worked
iwas so happy

wierd thing is that i sold my psp then the same day i found another 2.00-1.50

btw, the gta loader worked with the australian versions etc

you r in aus does not mean you did the aus update
and it was bad luck a first but got beter and even beter

fairly sure there is no australian specific update as such, its just the EU one or whatever
but yeah, worked on mine no probs
