Just to let everyone know, if you dont know already. I talked to admin the other day, and we were talking about the 1.50-1.00 downgrader. It never worked. The few people that said that it had worked were little kids wanting attention. I just though it would be nice for everyone to know so you dont use it. 
P.S. Even if you have a virgin it will still brick. |

but still I even if it did work I wouldn't risk my 1.5 with that or any flash accessing applications, I dont care about not being able to change the backgrounds, I know I can but I wouldn't risk my 1.5 to make it look nice. |

|  | Member | | | | | Just so people know, a method for dowgrading a 1.5 to 1.0 has been made, it requires a complete reflash of the NAND, and is extremely complex! It is on the PSP forum section of ps2dev.org.
It has not been released because there is an extreme risk of bricking, and at the minute there is no need to downgrade because all homebrew is designed to run on 1.5, some homebrew for 1.5 won't run on a 1.0 (such as MPHFWL(I beleive!))
I can't remember where it is on ps2dev.org but the person who did it was Matheiluh (probably spelt that wrong but never mind) |

Couldnt you just use file assistant and delete all of the flash0 and replace it with the flash0 dump of 1.00

since we have 1.5 KXploit method alrdy and devs often only release 1.5 eBOOTS
EDIT: just out of curiousity, what does 1.00 offer that 1.5 doesnt?
both have kernel access, flash access, and can run ISOs, UMD emus, right?
