you can buy a psp with to firmwares and un bricker for $450 USD here

thats only if youre scared of recking somethin in your psp doing it yourself

i broke it down for prices
psp 250
mod chip 100
labor 100

personally i would try myself but if youre not sure buy pre-modded

Well just take it some where in your town i bet there some welders(people who weld) that can soder and stuff oryour parents. ANd it would cost alot less.

Soddering with cm of room is no easy task believe me, i an medicore person with exp can safetly say this will be no easy feat!

you would give a welder the task of installing a modchip into a psp
thats funnny
a welder uses a blowtorch not a soldier iron
the soldiering points are going to be alot smaller then what a welder is used to
the welder might be able to fuse a car door to a car but when it comes to micro electronics i think the best place to take it if you couldnt do it your self would be to a tv repair place

You could also take it to a modshop where they specialise in modding game consoles.
