Sony 2GB sticks are rubbish...

Well, i ordered my 2GB stick from eBay, won the auction for £30 which was a good deal for a 2GB stick.

Got it in the post yesterday, tested it out and it worked perfectly until tonight...

I went to take out the memory stick to put into my PCs card reader to transfer some files over and i noticed as i pushed the card in on the PSP to get it out, the thing had bent!

It can still fit in the PSP and the card reader, yet neither will read it, the thing must be buggered internally, i got a few pics of the card of how it is now.

All i can say is i don't recommend these cards, stick with the SanDisk's, i still have a 512MB SanDisk card and i've NEVER had trouble with it, the card itself is very durable compared to the Sony crap i got >.>

You have a fake card, I have had my 2GB sony card for 8 months and it is still going strong. It is a well known fact that fake cards are sold on eBay that is why you should always buy one from a trustworthy site. It looks like you've tried to bite the end off aswell.

Would anyone be able to recommend anywhere to buy memory stick duo's, 1GB will do until payday =)
