mouse surrport win95

how do i get mouse surrport to work on windows 95?
i change :
# disable the mouse, since DLX is text only
mouse:

to enabled=1 or enabled=0

on enabled=0 i get a black mouse pointer , i can move it but can not click

on enable=1 there a white mouse pointer in the top corner but can not be moved
