Hello there, im new around here and new to the psp.
I have firmware 1.5 and UMD emulator on my mem stick, is it possible to get games such as GTA running like this? or is there no way to do it as it requires newer firmware?
Also, on some games, when i try to load the iso, the screen freezes just after i press X, nothing loads. Is this for the same reason? Thanks! |

Points: 124.86 Donate | | | to answer first question, no, it is not possible yet to play games like GTA on UMD Emulator but hackers are working on it. To answer your second question, my only suggestion is that first you load the PSP, THEN insert the UMD, and THEN go to UMD emulator and open up the game. DO NOT forget to insert the UMD AFTER switching the PSP on. I was too ignorant to realise that and look what happened to me, my PSP has firmware 2.60!
P.S. Why there are many nooblets in these forums?

Is there a comprehensive list anywhere of games and what firmware they require? would save me alot of time downloading iso's that wont actually work...  |
