If someone helps me on this ill appreciate it.
I followed a guide on the forum on how to get devhook, and it worked fine when i went to 2.71. So i downloaded a Luminues ISO(dont worry i have the real game, i dont support piracy, i just hate carrying around UMDs) and tried to load it, but nothing happened. At UMD mount i put ISOANYUMD and I selected the ISO in UMD SELECT and in BOOT SELECT i put reboot XMB, then i went up to start and pressed O, but nothing happened and it jsut turns off. Is it the ISO or something else, also i have tried with three loading it with three different UMDs, the lumines umd, gta and virtua tennis, but it doesnt seem to make a difference. And does it matter if it is 1.50 flash or regular 1.5.

I assume that you are running this on a 1.5 fw unit

Have you installed ALL the files that come with Devhook ie the Flash 0 & 1 files ?

Have you altered the FW selection in the menu to one you never installed ??

Also have you saved your backup copy of the iso in .cso format ??

Other than these there isn't much to get wrong so if none of these work try d/l an install programme by a "chaos zero" chap over at PSP Hacks.com as everything you need is there and has been updated for version 0.45 - this is one i used and am running 2.71 on my 1.5 !!

Is the Lumines game in ISO format?

Is it in the rite folder?

-Heres wat i usually do 2 start Lumines or watever ISO:
1. turn psp on. -fw1.5
2. start DevHook v.45 from the games folder.
3. switch UMD select 2 Lumines.ISO.
4. switch fw 2 2.71.
5. choose START.
6. insert a UMD disc, n let the fun begin

i dont mess w/ anything else in the DevHook menu. Hope dis Helps. if not try another ISO game.

you need to use 2.71 .and not 1.50
