Different ISOs Types?

Hi. r there different types of ISOs or something? i d/l a werid torrent through Bittorrent. the torrent name was Metal GXXX.. UMDRiP_PSP_LIGHTFORCE. there r like 14 unknown files inside(w/ names like "lfc-mg2u.001", "lfc-mg2u.002", etc. idk wat the heck the files r??

This is my third torrent D/Led. my previous torrents were ISOs in RAR and they worked fine. i use DevHook v.45 on my 1.5 psp. Wat r "ArtiSaN" n "PAL" torretns? i hope these Qs can b answered. THX in Adv.
