Points: 84,973,253,489.59 Donate | | | Well, I'm not very sure about 2.80. It should work, but you must make sure that you have the proper type of motherboard to use the modchip.
You might also want to have someone solder it for you, considering you're 9 years old.

My friend has a 2.80 PSP with the mod chip.
Some advice to you though, Take up a course in soldering, Its a lot more difficult than it sounds.
Big risk installing it, If you want Homebrew then simply sell your 2.71 on ebay outlining the benefits to noobs with the web etc..
And then once sold search: "PSP 2.00" "PSP 1.51" PSP "1.52", People dont look in these places and you get a very good bargain.

Points: 13.56 Donate | | | Get a 4x or larger microscope (not a magnifying glass....you need both hands), An xacto knife or simmilar, and very good lighting (preferably pointing directly on top of the PSP) |
