My brother recently got a 1.51 PSP. I updated it to 2.00, ran the downgrade TIFF, and I restarted the PSP 1 min later. I then went to run the 1.50 US update. But it came up with the following error: Quote:
The system update cannot be started.
The update program is not applicible for your system.
(80000025)
| I had the idea of updating to 2.5, then downgrading. But would the resulting firmware work with custom firmware? I have been a little wary since Cobra1343 (or whatever the numbers are) bricked his PSP. |

EDIT: My heart's gonna explode, it's beating so fast... The MS light is blinking... Downdater's doing it's stuff... I fuŁking hope this works...
EDIT 2: Woo! It worked! My face is saved from the horrible beatings of my brothers fist!
