where do i get the customs backgrounds?

First, what FW do u have? If it is higher then 1.5 you can do it. There are so many places to find backgrounds.

HERE are some pictures i took myself then fit them for psp.

i have opening_plugin.rco its a bootsound and i want run it with x-flash where do i put the files in xflash?

opening_plugin.rco is not a background it's the file which contains the sound that your PSP plays when showing "Sony Computer Entertainment" when booting up your PSP (unless you have it disabled in custom firmware, of course).

and yes you can have custom backgrounds on FW1.5! pffft why couldn't you? Hang on birdman, you must have done a huge typo u should know that lol
