I'm really not sure how to work this.
I have all the files on my PSP, but I don't know what to run first.

Points: 2.15 Donate | | | its really easy first you run the seupdmaker that will make the DXAR file after thats done copy that file to the 271seflasher folder then run that and it will flash your psp (not really sure how to explain that but i tried)

Do you run that after "PSP Update ver X.YZ"?
