i am new to the PSP scene, only bought mine last night.
it was originally 1.52 so following directions i found here and elsewhere, i upgraded to 2.0, downgraded to 1.50, then upgraded to 2.71se.

however i am confused re the directions for devhook as it says to emulate the 2.71 firmware, dont i now have 2.71? only way i could get it to work was to add it to the game150 folder.

could someone point me in the direction to load on devhook on 2.71se without having used it before at all?

Okay, before I help you, I need to know some stuff.

-Are you looking to load ISO images from the memory stick, or are you just looking to emulate a firmware?

To be honest, you're on 2.71SE, so there isn't much need to emulate any other firmware.

So, what exactly do you want to do with devhook?

in the menu, under firmware, select 2.71(Flash)
