Points: 84,973,253,488.19 Donate | | Okay, I do NOT know if this will work on SE-B, but it's the Generic Downgrader. You simply place the update EBOOT (in this case 1.50) in the correct folder, run the program, and viola!
This is a great alternative, as there are no firmware dumps required!
Again, I don't know if this will work. It should, but I wouldn't try it just yet, unless you're willing to take a risk.

when u install it it installs an eboot in there its a psar dump that extracts the files from the update eboot and installs firmware 1.5 so yea there is a downgrader ment for se if u installed it correctly!!!!! so i wouldn't use the generic downgrader i would use the one ment for 2.71 se

Points: 21.55 Donate | | | in the 2.71SE-A\B archive theres a folder called recovery copy it to the game folder the get a 1.5 update eboot and rename it to "update.pbp" and copy it to the recovery folder then go to the turn on and press R to goto recovery mode and select launch recover\eboot.pbp and it will launch the 1.5 update and begin install process

Points: 21.55 Donate | | | once you've copied over the recovery folder which has four files in it you need to rename a 1.50 update "eboot.pbp" to "update.pbp" copy it to the recovery folder and select the recovery option in "recovery mode" which will run the "psp\game\recovery\eboot.pbp" which will start the actual downgrader for you.
quick list
copy "recovery" to "Game" folder
rename a 1.50 eboot.pbp to "update.pbp"
copy to psp\game\recovery
turn psp fully off
turn on and hold R (to enter recovery mode)
and select the recovery mode option
update to the 1.50 will start
