yup u can

also i think it is the sound because i have mine at a bit over 550 mbs and i just deleted the radio stations nothing else and it works perfectly and i use the mp3 module to listen to my own mp3s but i think u must have deleted EVERY sound file and like a scenario sound file that u need to load that side of the map i dunno i might be wrong just wat i think

it sounds like youv gone over kill on the deleting relink all the radio stations to one and use the custom soundtracks.
hint for custom soundtrack use the LCS installer and rename the folder from "ules00151customtracks" to "ules00502customtracks" (european versions of both games)

Don't just go through and delete sh!t wen u try and make a RiP, u need to make dummy files. SOMETIMES, and usually RARELY for PSP games iv noticed, u can get away with 0-byte dummy files... but u might need to replace the sounds/music with something like 1-second long ATRAC3+ audio files (with no content obviously). THAT is technically what a TRUE dummy file is - a file with the same format that the game recognizes (whether it be video or audio), but with one 'frame' of blank video or audio. A zero-byte file is actually referred to as a 'phantom' file in the warez scene (yes, i am cool, i am such a huge part of in the PC warez world i am on the team and have been for some time for para.... OOOOH nearly busted my balls there!
