For those who don't know *******Flash is a program that lets you customize features on your PSP; changing the font, changing the game boot (the screen you see just before loading a game), and changing themes. As of right now these are the only features *******Flash customizes, but hopefully it will have more features in the future.
Anyways I would like to thank Shiner for providing me with a basic guide on how to use *******Flash.
Me and Shiner are in no way responsible for bricks! follow this guide at your own risk!
1- First you should make sure you have installed the e-loader (above) and have downloaded *******Flash, make sure to sign up here first.
2- Now that you have downloaded *******Flash, put the folder without the "%" sign in the file name to your PSP/GAME folder.
3- Your going to have to use the x-loader method (above) to run this application.
Putting a custom gameboot into your Flash0
Before inserting this new gameboot you might want to watch this movie to see if you like the gameboot. If you do not like the gameboot please do not flash your PSP with this gameboot, as you cannot remove it.
1- Once you can run ******* Flash, please PM me or Shiner to get the Prince of Persia gameboot.
2- Now put the gameboot in the root of your memory stick (the first screen you see when you access your PSP from your computer.
3- Run the x-loader and then run *******Flash
4- Now that your running *******Flash press X to flash the Prince of Persia gameboot to your PSP.
Installing custom font to your PSP
1- Download this font pack to get a bunch of assorted fonts.
2- Put the gameboot you have back in the root of your memory stick (the first screen you see when you access your PSP from your computer).
3- Copy the "ltn0.pgf" file inside the "fontmod" folder of the font you want also to the root of your memory stick (the first screen you see when you access your PSP from your computer).
4- Now run the x-loader and then *******Flash and press triangle.
Installing custom themes to your PSP
PM me to get a custom theme for your PSP (black wavy lines)
1- Copy the "gameboot.PMF" and the "01.bmp" files to the root of your memory stick (the first screen you see when you access your PSP from your computer).
2- Run the x-loader and then *******Flash and press circle to flash your new theme onto your PSP.
3- Now exit *******Flash and go to:
1- Settings
2- Theme Settings
3- Theme
4- The color under original
And there you go, black wavy lines. Now you can flash any picture you want to your PSP as long as it's named "01.bmp". And it is 60 pixels big (60X34). To flash this picture just follow the *******Flash guide above.
There is a Dump option to *******Flash but I'm not sure on what it does. If anyone knows please let me know.

If you have any problems and/or questions please PM me or post it in this thread.
The e-loader/x-loader has very low chance of bricking your PSP, depending on the homebrew you run using the e-loader/x-loader depends on whether or not it has a chance of bricking your PSP. If your not sure if a certain piece of homebrew will have a chance of bricking your PSP please ask in this thread.
I will post new guides for different and popular homebrew as soon as possible, and if anyone has a short guide to a piece of homebrew please post it for everyone to use.
Any questions you have about installing or running homebrew using this e-loader/x-loader please post it in this thread.
Hope to see 2.80 users using all types of homebrew in the future!!!
THIS IS NOT ADIDAZ'S TUT, THIS IS superskull85's TUT FROM Dwviantflash.com.

and, there's a lower chance of bricking then there is downgrading! apparantly.. I didn't brick it, and I have a black theme. it's badass.
I hope I don't get banned for that, I didn't really mean to "steal" it, I just thought of those people out there like me who PM like 5 people trying to figure out what to do, or if they brick.
I LEIK IT!!111 |
