I was wondering if there was a way/homebrew that allows the psp to be ued with a pc to allow the PC to RECIEVE internet access FROM the psp (connected to my access point)?

Sorry, no.

The USB feature only allows access to 'Fatms0:', or the memory stick.
The PSP just acts as a memory stick reader/writer. So, USB has no access what-so-ever to anything apart from the memory stick.

actully, my vote says it's possible, but only in kernal (maybe vsh) mode. I know we can do a raw read and write to the usb port (example: USBhostfs for iRShell) and theoreticly you'd just have to write to correct drivers for both the computer and psp (theoreticly, you could have your psp emulate anything over USB...keyboards, printers, mice, rats....

). But trust me, that'd be far more trouble then it's worth. Try looking at your local Frys; they have some cheap (about $25) USB wifi adapters.
