vcs cheatdevice
ok i have 2.71 se-c and have the gta vcs cheat device prx enabled but it doesnt load is there a button combo i need for the cheat device menu when the game starts or am i doing something wrong

It sounds like something went wrong or something is interfering with it, but you can try to bring it up manually by pressing L1+UP arrow at the same time. If that don't work try reinstalling it and then just enable that prx nothing else.
