WHAT THE HECK???? Video problem.

I have always wanted to have a video on my psp, so when I made a music video (see here) I wanted to put it on my memory stick.

Before using XviD4PSP 4.025, the file was a wmv size 12.156MB. After conversion, the file was a .pmp, and its size was 1174.511MB!

My video was only 4.04 minutes long, and made of one mp3 and pictures. How can these things become almost ten times larger when converted?

If this is normal, how does anyone get ANYTHING on a psp?

Please someone help me with this...

Try converting the .wmv with PSP Video 9. PSP Video 9

Unless you can find something that does WMV to MP4, you are kind of stuck....Not sure if PSP Video 9 has WMV support.

Nothing has wmv support basically cept Windows Movie Maker and Media Player.

DivX and Xvid compress depending on the length on the video. (I Think). Since you had a short video, then the converter made it an extremely high quality. (I Think). The high quality made it a large file size. (Most Likely).

Just stick to PSPVideo.

Does anyone know of a PMP converter that works with iRShell plugin?
Or what homebrew plays PMP converted using Videora PMP converter?
