First you need the right files, which can be found here MEGAUPLOAD - The leading online storage and file delivery service

First, extract "BMP" to the root of your memory stick. Open the file and you'll find 13 themes (number 13 is the black theme)

Now you need to delete a theme you don't want "1-12", and rename the black theme the one you deleted. (if you deleted "1" rename "13" to "1").

Ok, now you need to put the Background Maker file in E:/PSP/GAME150

Exit out of USB mode and run BMP Maker. (if it keeps on saying making the file restart and try again).

When it exits you out, go to Settings>Theme Settings>Theme and find the black theme.
