UMD problem

Can someone help me about whats happen with my psp.. Each time i insert my UMD CD.. instead of it to load.. it just hang and off.. can someone tell me what to do.. and also i wish to do the eboot but all the software am trying to download to use to crash it.. seems not working.. can someone help me out?
