Help please with pimpstreamer and pspvnc (running FW 3.02 OE-B)

Hey all,
(Sorry for being gone for a long time lol)

I can never seem to use pimpstreamer nor pspvnc; I have included the problem and my current setup.

I know it is a long post but ive tried to include everything in and present it in a clear format to aid troubleshooting so please give it a proper read if you can, thanks.

PROBLEM:

Pimpstreamer:

Launch the server up on pc
I launch it up on the psp,
Select my static wifi connection
Asks if i want to test it
I select no (if i select test, it freezes some time into the test)
I can see my drives and folders and can access them
I go ahead and launch avi video file and poof black screen on psp with wifi light on but not blinking
Pimpstreamer server on pc shows the file im trying to stream but does not display any streaming progress
Turn off psp and try again with diff versions....still no luck
Come here and hope for help

pspVNC:

Launch tight vnc on pc
Launch pspvnc version 1.2.2 a on psp
Select static wifi connection
Create a host
Enter my pc's ip address and port
Select os icon for pc
Go ahead and connect
Asks for password
Enter password i typed in the vnc server
Black screen with wifi light on but not blinking (can exit using home)
Tight vnc

Try with real vnc
same problem except the wifi light blinks and after a few min i get back to the host selection menu in pspvnc

My Setup:

First off my working wifi (WEP key) setup on psp:

IP: 192.168.1.60 (diff from my pc)
Subnet mask: 255.255.255.0 (default)
Default Router: 192.168.1.254 (address of my wifi modem)
Primary dns: 192.168.1.254 (thats what ipconfig /all said)
Secondary dns: 0.0.0.0 (default)

My psp:

Firmware: 3.02 OE-B
Kernel: Running in 1.5 kernel
PSP\GAME\: pimpstreamer 0.76, pspvnc 1.2.2a (both % and not % folders)

Setup on pc:

IP: 192.168.1.64
Allowed psp in the modem options
Port 3333 TCP and UDP open for pimpstreamer
Ports 5900 and 5800 TCP and UDP open for pspvnc

Running winxp media center edition (could this have anything to do with prob)
Running pimpstreamer 0.76 server
Running tightvnc (tried realvnc...didnt help for pspvnc)

Pimpstreamer server setup:

Movie bitrate: 600 Audio bitrate: 128
Framerate: original (tried the Framerate/2...didnt help)
Pimpstreamer ini fille contains my pc ip and port 3333

Vnc server setup:

Accept connections on port 5900

System specs:

Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition
Service Pack 2
Intel P4 3.0 ghz (hyper threading enabled)
1gig ram

Modem

SpeedTouch 716 v5 WL
Software release 6.1.7.2

Attempts taken to solve problem:

Try different versions of psp end software and pc end software
Try auto installers (one by the creater of pimpstreamer)
Upgrade and then Downgrade (is there a way to clean the flash0 to the proper one that came when i bought my psp ?)
Try different ip addresses in the psp infrastructure connection

I dont understand this same setup worked perfectly fine for me before, only change that has happened is my operating system, from windows xp to windows media center edition

HELP Please

Thanks in advance
