Serious 3.03 OE-A Problem

i got a serious problem...cause i wanted to change the font of 3.03 OE-A with PSP Filer, and when i did that and rebooted my psp i get a Blue Screen thats says that i need to press O, and when i do that i still get that Blue Screen.
Now there is a recovery mode what i can still enter....but i really dont know how to use it so if someone PLEASSEEEE could explain me how i can restore my 3.03 OE-A

First of all, don't panic. Second of all, it's easy. Just do this.
  1. At the bottom of my post, in my sig, second link down, is my Installer thread. Open it in a new window/tab.
  2. Find the Generic Downgrader with 1.50 files, and download.
  3. The installer thread will tell you how to use the installer. It's easy, promise. Anyway, install it.
  4. Open your PSP/GAME directory. There should be a folder called UPDATE. Rename it to RECOVERY.
  5. Go into recovery mode by holding R on system startup.
  6. Click on the third option down, "Run program at /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP"
  7. Follow the onscreen instructions.
  8. Your PSP is now a 1.5. You can now update to 3.03 OE. And just remember, use X-Flash to flash fonts next time!

Only 8 steps. If you have any problems, post back.

Unhappy

when i try step 6, it launches...but you say that there must be onscreen instructions. butthere arent any instructions. And the screens stays black and then the blue screen appears again. I also renamed the UPDATE folder to RECOVERY.....

Is it possible that the battery level must be 100% or something, cause its now around 20% i believe

Maybe, try charging it up to ~75%. But I'm not sure if that's the cause - anyone else have an idea?

I think that's normal for a semibrick. But don't worry, as long as you have the Recovery menu you'll be back to 1.5.

But charge your PSP to >75%, then try, and tell us how it goes.

Well, I just tested the Recovery mode, and 'Run program at' works with Squarez fine.
