Here's something that will convert it into a number of formats. CSO is probably you're best bet, as it has full devhook support.

dax iso compressor is gd but it only compresses thee iso into .dax format

Not only did you not state which game the ISO is of, or how large it is, or what firmware you're on, or what size MS you have, we aren't allowed to talk about ISOs on PSP3D.
