| | | | HELP!! iRShell-- ATRAC3 Music and ISOs Hi ppl. im currently running iRshell on a v1.5 psp. it supposedly has an ATRAC3 plugin installed, but i cant get it to work.
i used Sony's SonicStage software to convert files to ATRAC3(OMA, OMG, AAC) but when i try to open the files in irshell, nothing happens. so i go change the file names from (OMA, OMG, AAC) to .AT3, which is what the plugin uses. i then go browse to the ATRAC3 files i just put into the psp and double click it. the Atrac3 player opens but says it is an unsupported file.. WTF. I even tried emulating v2.71 and using the 2.71 Atrac3 player but it still says it is an unsupported file. WTF is wrong w/ this program?? does it need the file to be in .at3, .oma, .omg, or .aac?? .at3 isnt even the real ATRAC3 format name, it should be .oma,.omg, or .aac. I even tried to change the file name and even the .XXX that the plugin uses in the Configurator but it still says "unsuppored file format".
Also, about ISOs, iRshell loads ISOs that i loaded into my memstick fine, but when i exit a game it goes to XMB. how do i get it to return to irShell and not XMB? it tried looking in the iRShell forums, but its all locked up and the last post by anyone in any of the threads was in 2006.
I really want ATRAC3 format music to work on this psp.. damn... any help appreciated! |

Second Question: I can't really help you out with this one, though I don't think it is possible to load iRShell after exiting the ISO. I think it may be possible if you have a Custom Firmware which loads iRshell when the PSP boots.
Edit: How did you get like 16 points when you only have 1 post? |
