Need guidance to upgrade to 3.10 OE

Hi,
I bought a psp recently with 2.71FW on a TA-082 Mobo.
After referring to the various guides on this site, I successfully downgraded my psp to 1.50FW.
Then I updated it to 3.02 OE-A.

I've been reading quite a few other posts, but could someone give me a step-by-step guide on how to upgrade to 3.10 OE from here?
