photoshop
ok so im working on a picture that i have created from scratch, i want another picture to be kinda faded into the background of it how do i do that??

Well, if you want a simple "faded" look, just create a new layer, insert the picture you want faded into it, and adjust the "Opacity" down to the desired amount. The adjustment should be right above the Layers.

Hopefully this is what you meant.
