Do you think it may be a problem with your Memory Stick? Try taking it out, or using a different one.

i guess you could use some kind of file assistant on your psp to transfer files from your ms to your flash0(?)

Just tested it with mine. Everything checks out, so I'm guessing a memorystick error. Try scaning it for errors. Reply back if you need help doing that.

File Assistiant (a homebrew) will copy, and certian versions will re-write to the flash too. But they were made back in the 1.50 days, so it may have a higher chance of screwing up.

have you got no-umd mode , isofs, plain prx etc active, try enable\ disabling and maybe resort to 3.03oe-c. p.s. any mods installed.
as for flash0 access id recommend buying a $2 cable and using recovery mode flash0 to usbdrive if you dont want to, "psp filer" in hacker mode will transfer files to flash0 from ms0 but take care with anything that accesses flash0.

isofs helps you run isos, boot.bin refers to a bootable file inside umd/iso (if disabled the firmware will execute eboot.bin to boot the game). Default CPU speed is 222mhz, to install a plugin, create a folder called seplugings and create 2 .txt files 2 go in it, one called game and one called vsh. Put the plugin (has a .prx extension, not to be confused with the flash 0:\ components) inside seplugins and and open up either vsh.txt (if you want to use this plugin in the xmb) or game (if you want to use it in a game) and type "ms0:\seplugins\your_plugin_name.prx" and save. then activate it in recovery mode. Free UMD region means that you can bypass UMD region locking (for example, you can play a movie bought in America on a EU PSP, you can't do this on a Sony FW). There are standalone homebrew Flash Players but i dont know how good they are, search PSP-Homebrew Info Site for one. Autorun program means that instead of booting to your firmware, it will load a homebrew app instead (useful for apps like irShell).
