Questions about Downgrading 3.10OE to 3.03OE-C
Just looking for some quick answers, I have a 3.10OE-A psp currently, w/ no recovery eboots on the memory stick. I want to downgrade to 3.03OE-C for custimization of XMB etc. Few questions about 3.03, will it run IRshell, and will it run all my iso/cso's that I currently have?

just install 3.03 oe c just like you would normaly from lets say 1.5 just make sure your battery is 75% full and your ac adpter is plugged in. Oh it will also run iso/cso and ir shell dont worry i have gone through all of this too.

You can also run playstation 1 isos. Its much better. I downgraded from 3.10 OE-A too.
