no i had the same problem and i found out that i had to use another converter pmfcreater.exe grab it here pmfcreater.exe - FileFront.com

do you have a regular picture as your background or do you have the waves and all that because if you just have a regular picture it wont work. i figured this out a while ago it got me scared lol
