greetings to all i just joined your site and to my surprise its a good one now i have been all over the net searching for how to downgrade my psp to 1.50 just to play a xmame emu on it thats all but i have been geting bad info as to how its really done im not a computer geek so if anyone has any real info as to how it should be done i would greatly appreciate it and if i cant ask this type of question here im very sorry but i have nowhere eles left to turn.

But let's not go OT. We need to know your firmware, lordoflord, Bono's explanation is perfectly fine. However, the firmware number is located after the text System Software once you get to that screen, not Firmware. The number reveals nothing personal, don't worry. |

Points: 27.35 Donate | | | i'd suggest you to go to firmware 3.03OE-C (not 3.03!!) this is a firmware with all the latest features and also able to do everything a 1.5 can do. and the best thing, it's unbrickable. (Brick=destroy your psp software. makes you unable to restore it) |

Points: 27.35 Donate | | i'd say that if you look at the term brick which means that it's as useful as a brick, i wouldn't say that a restorable "bricked" psp is bricked. that's how i lokk at it tho.
but anywayz,i wanted it to be easy to understand  (i know... i suck at that lol)
