i found out i do not need it for the firmware i am using.
i couldn't see how to delete my post, so i edited it.

Nes elum nester doesn't work thou. but the snes elum does
I would like to change the theme too.

You can find some interesting themes and what you need to customise your psp here on the forums. Just have to search for it. Just read and search the forums and you'll find a lot of interesting and cool things to do with your PSP.
